What You'll Do
- Partner with a cross-functional team of engineers, UX designers, stakeholders, and product leaders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver product outcomes.
- Serve as Product Owner within an agile environment, continuously refining and prioritizing the product backlog to maximize customer and business value.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development for AI-powered enrollment experiences, helping translate vision into actionable plans.
- Conduct product discovery, gather customer insights, and use data to build business cases that inform prioritization and investment decisions.
- Write high-quality epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable efficient delivery by development teams.
- Use metrics, analytics, and customer feedback to measure product performance and communicate outcomes through compelling data storytelling.
- Support product launches, user acceptance testing, release planning, change management, and ongoing product improvements.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years of experience as a Software Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a closely related role.
- Professional product certification such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Marketing, or similar certification.
- Experience working in agile product development environments.
- Exposure to AI-powered products, agentic AI, generative AI, or related technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use metrics and insights to influence decisions and tell a compelling product story.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Bonus Points
- Master's degree.
- Experience in Education Technology (EdTech).
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI, Lucid, or similar platforms.
