What You’ll Do
Lead and develop a global SOC team that includes analysts and an architect
Own incident response, including coordination of situation rooms and subject matter experts
Manage threat detection workflows aligned with frameworks such as the cyber kill chain or MITRE ATT&CK
Continuously improve alert mapping, response processes, and security tooling
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to reduce risk and strengthen security posture
Contribute to strategic planning and the evolution of the security roadmap
Ensure consistent, high-quality operations across a 24/7/365 global SOC environment
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 7 years of Information Security experience or 10 years industry experience working in security
3+ years of leadership experience, which can be a combination of people and or program leadership
One or more industry security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC)
Hands-on experience with Devo or similar SIEM platforms
Experience with EDR tools such as CrowdStrike and Carbon Black
Strong background in incident response and threat detection
Familiarity with cyber kill chain and MITRE ATT&CK
Excellent leadership and communication skills in high-pressure situations
Bonus Points
Experience in global, enterprise, or high-velocity environments
Previous experience in a tech company SOC environment
Experience working in a follow-the-sun model or leading globally distributed teams
Experience in Lieu of Education
An equivalent combination of education and experience performing the duties of this position may be considered.

Work Location
This is a full-time, in-office position requiring five days per week in our Raleigh, NC or Salt Lake City, UT office, designed to foster the collaboration and connection that fuel our best work.

Travel Requirement
This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year). Additional travel may include conferences, visits to company locations, and other business-related events as needed. Additional travel may be assigned as needed to support business requirements.
