Pay Range: $82,700.00 - $124,000.00

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develops, refines, and executes HR processes related to Employee EMS events, in-line promotions, handbook updates, and similar employee and leader-facing processes.

  • Ensures consistency, accuracy, and compliance in all HR process execution, maintaining up-to-date documentation for policies and workflows.

  • Supports the implementation of new HR processes and policies, partnering with the People Experience Lead to ensure smooth adoption and continuous alignment with business needs.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to provide guidance on HR process execution, ensuring alignment with best practices and operational goals.

  • Acts as a subject matter expert for People Experience-related processes, providing support to employees, leaders, and other HR teams.

  • Monitors HR workflows for potential improvements, escalating process inefficiencies and contributing to solutions that drive operational excellence.

  • Assists with compliance efforts, ensuring all process updates align with legal and policy requirements.

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of HR operational processes, best practices, and compliance requirements.

  • Ability to develop, refine, and execute HR workflows with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process implementation.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant technology tools.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain HR workflows, policies, and documentation.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Equivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements. Generally, equivalent relevant experience is defined as 1 year of experience for 1 year of education and is the discretion of the hiring manager.

Experience

  • 5 years related experience including 4 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR process execution, development, and compliance.

  • Experience supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Experience in lieu of education


Preferred Qualifications

  • HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

  • Experience in a People Experience or HR operational role.

  • Familiarity with HR policy development and process standardization.

  • Experience in cross-functional HR service delivery.


This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year). Additional travel may include conferences, visits to company locations, and other business-related events as needed. Additional travel may be assigned as needed to support business requirements.
