Pay Range: $143,700.00 - $222,700.00

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain shared platform capabilities used across multiple engineering teams

  • Lead architectural decisions related to Angular applications, Nx monorepos, shared libraries, and front-end development standards

  • Build and maintain reusable frameworks, tooling, and component libraries that improve developer productivity and consistency

  • Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related automation tools

  • Support and improve deployment processes using Octopus Deploy, ArgoCD, and cloud-native deployment practices

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify platform needs and eliminate development friction

  • Establish best practices for application architecture, code quality, testing, accessibility, security, and performance

  • Drive platform modernization initiatives and evaluate new technologies, tools, and engineering approaches

  • Troubleshoot complex issues involving build systems, dependency management, deployments, and development tooling

  • Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, design discussions, and architectural guidance

  • Contribute to technical roadmaps and long-term platform strategy

  • Promote operational excellence, observability, reliability, and continuous improvement across the platform ecosystem

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience

  • Advanced experience with Angular, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript development

  • Experience designing and maintaining large-scale front-end applications and shared application frameworks

  • Strong understanding of software architecture, modular design, and scalable application development

  • Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

  • Strong proficiency with Git-based development workflows and collaborative engineering practices

  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale web applications and multiple engineering teams

  • Strong understanding of testing strategies, application performance, security, and accessibility

  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

  • Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep experience with Nx monorepos and workspace architecture

  • Experience designing and maintaining shared Angular libraries, component libraries, or design system implementations

  • Experience building internal developer platforms and engineering enablement solutions

  • Experience with GitHub Actions for enterprise-scale automation and CI/CD workflows

  • Experience with Octopus Deploy, ArgoCD, or similar deployment orchestration platforms

  • Experience with JavaScript package management, dependency governance, and build optimization

  • Familiarity with containerized application deployment using Docker and Kubernetes

  • Experience implementing front-end observability and telemetry solutions

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and front-end performance optimization techniques

  • Experience supporting large engineering organizations through shared tooling and platform services

  • Experience evaluating and introducing new development tools, frameworks, and engineering practices

  • Experience working in Agile product delivery environments

  • Passion for developer experience, platform engineering, and technical excellence

Additional Information
