Pay Range: $118,900.00 - $178,500.00

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain shared front-end libraries, tooling, and platform services used across multiple engineering teams

  • Build and support enterprise-scale Angular applications and reusable UI components

  • Contribute to the architecture and maintenance of Nx monorepos and shared codebases

  • Improve developer experience through automation, tooling, documentation, and engineering best practices

  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related DevOps tooling

  • Support deployment and release processes using Octopus Deploy and ArgoCD

  • Establish and promote front-end standards for code quality, testing, accessibility, performance, and maintainability

  • Collaborate with application teams to identify platform needs and reduce development friction

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and architecture discussions

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving build systems, deployment pipelines, development tooling, and platform infrastructure

  • Monitor platform health and continuously improve reliability, scalability, and developer productivity

  • Contribute to an Agile engineering culture focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience

  • Strong experience with Angular and TypeScript

  • Experience building and maintaining reusable component libraries, shared services, or front-end frameworks

  • Strong understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript development practices

  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive web design

  • Experience working with Git-based source control systems and collaborative development workflows

  • Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

  • Familiarity with cloud-native development and deployment practices

  • Understanding of software architecture principles, modular design, and scalable application development

  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Nx monorepos in large-scale Angular environments

  • Experience building internal developer platforms, tooling, or engineering enablement solutions

  • Experience with GitHub Actions for build, test, and deployment automation

  • Experience with Octopus Deploy, ArgoCD, or similar deployment orchestration tools

  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms

  • Experience designing and maintaining shared component libraries and design system integrations

  • Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or Karma

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and front-end performance optimization techniques

  • Experience with containerized application deployment and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes

  • Experience supporting multiple engineering teams within a shared platform or enterprise environment

  • Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and application telemetry solutions

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments

  • Passion for developer experience, platform reliability, and engineering excellence

Additional Information
