What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, multi-team technology programs from concept through delivery
Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
Manage cross-team dependencies, sequencing, and alignment on key technical milestones and deliverables
Facilitate Agile planning, backlog refinement, and program retrospectives
Proactively identify risks, blockers, and technical challenges and drive mitigation and resolution strategies
Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, and operational readiness
Drive change management efforts including training, readiness, and adoption support across impacted teams
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
6+ years of progressive Software Program or Project management experience in an Agile environment
Experience independently creating or implementing an AI agent or similar AI-driven solution
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, Kiro, ChatGPT, or similar in a professional context
Demonstrated ability to apply AI to:
Improve workflows - Automate repetitive tasks - Enhance decision-making
- Experience leading programs through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from ideation to deployment
- Experience managing technical programs that include DevSecOps practices
- Hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipelines and release processes
- Experience leading change management initiatives within technical programs
- Experience working within a Scrum team, including clearly defined role and contributions
- Strong ability to collaborate across engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders
Bonus Points
Certifications such as SAFe, PMP, ACP, or CSM
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Experience with APIs, microservices, or enterprise integrations
Equivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements. Generally, equivalent relevant experience is defined as 1 year of experience for 1 year of education and is the discretion of the hiring manager.
This position is expected to work onsite Monday - Friday and requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year). Additional travel may include conferences, visits to company locations, and other business-related events as needed. Additional travel may be assigned as needed to support business requirements.
